Recently one of our wonderful patrons sent us how she worked out an issue she had:

"Below the billing information there is a purchase button. I clicked on the purchase button which generated the message "credit card details not valid". I had not discovered the credit card information was below the purchase button as it appeared to me the page ended with the purchase button. Simpletix did not give a message all fields need to be filled." We hope this information helps. We hope our new ticketing system, SimpleTix, is easier to navigate than our former one.
