Amy Lovato
"Understanding Ophelia"
Amy Lovato has been watching Shakespeare since she was a wee lass. Her first experience with the Scottish play was when she was five at OSF, which definitely left her more than a little traumatized. Being a student of renowned Shakespeare scholar and enthusiast, Ann Victoria Boone, Amy was unable to escape the Bard's grasp throughout her life and has enjoyed reading, studying and performing Shakespeare over the years. This is her first foray at expanding the Shakespearian Universe, with an attempt at "Understanding Ophelia's" descent into madness.
