EXCHANGE POLICIES

For Cloverdale Performing Arts Center's productions, tickets may be exchanged for other performance dates in the same production if available.

You are required to exchange your tickets before the performance that you hold tickets for begins. You may not exchange an expired ticket.

For other special events, ticket exchanges may be available for an additional performance if there is more than one performance by the production company or artist; again only if seats are available. If tickets are still available, you will be emailed new ticket confirmation, or we will advise you by return email of any issues.

Once your new tickets have been exchanged and issued to you, the original tickets will be invalid.
